It's already August! Where has the time gone??
I haven't blogged for quite some while, I'm sorry about that, I never meant to make this a habit; blog a few posts then be under the radar before I surface once again. I just don't live much of a exciting life!
This Summer so far:
- I went on two trips; one to Taipei and the other to Malaysia & Singapore. I haven't talked about the second one yet so I would like to here. It was a good 5 days trip, however, since I joined the organised tour by travel agencies instead of going on my own as I always like, I didn't see much oppose to some more exploration as I would be able to do if I'm going on my own. Therefore, I fail to come up with much to talk about to be in a blog post. In general, these two are interesting to see, much different to Tokyo or Taipei or Hong Kong [the only other Asian cities I've been to]. Singapore is more developed than Malaysia, while the latter has a much more historical and cultural vibe to it. Singapore on the other hand is home to so much more high end brands and international hotels. Since these two countries are next to each other, it's very often people go to both at the same time, so it's a nice opportunity for me to compare and contrast the two.
