Hi all! How are you doing? From the news I saw snowstorms are hitting a number of countries in Europe while it's such a sunny day here! I guess that's what living in a sub-tropical area brings!
I'm still having my break from school for another week. I've been relaxing lately and during the time I tried cooking something up! I've always found cooking interesting in general, I enjoy watching food programmes. I don't have an oven at home which is quite unusual in other countries where ovens are staple kitchen tools. I attempted dishes which oven is not required.
Over the years, I've tried making simple puddings and desserts using very simple ingredients and steps. Recently, two of friends suggested cooking together one day so we tried something one step up. We had fun just trying things out, improvising the process and just excited to see how the end products came out! Pictures below are our end products of the day!

I know from the picture they don't look too appealing but they taste just alright! Maybe we just have to work on the presentation of the food we make!
I also attempted Panna Cotta, Raspberry Bavarois, French Vanilla Parfait, fruit cheesecakes and several pasta dishes. They all taste just fine but I don't have pictures of those to show you all. Maybe if I manage to make them both look and taste good, I would snap a picture or two!
Do you like cooking as well? What is your signature dish if you have one? Do you have any recipes that you wanna share with me? If you happen to be cooking around the time you read this, have great fun!
